Natasha is an Award Winning LGBT+ Documentary Filmmaker based in the North of England.

Natasha finds the emotional heartbeat in every story and allows her subjects to be their authentic selves.

In 2022 She was awarded funds from BFI Doc Society on their flagship 'Made of Truth' scheme. She's made documentaries for brands including Quorn, CBeebies, CBBC and WaterBear Network. Her work has screened at festivals including Sheffield Doc Fest, Aesthetica, Encounters, Bolton and Doc 'n' Roll. 

Natasha is also the Co-Founder of Northern Heart Films which produces original documentaries. She also launched the 'Northern Heart Doc Fund' in 2022 to support new under-represented documentary filmmakers.

Natasha is also on the Creative UK’s ‘Female Founders’ 22-23 programme and was awarded BAFTA Connect member status in 2023.

Scott is currently a Producer and also Co-Founder of Northern Heart Films. He's passionate about crafting films that have the impact to inspire positive change. 

Scott’s produced a number of films for CBBC, CBeebies, The Guardian, The Mirror, Historic England, BFI Doc Society and Waterbear Network which has helped him to round off his skills as a Creative Producer.

Aside from Scott’s work at Northern Heart Films he’s an active participant at Creative Lancashire, he has huge ambitions for his home county and he’s involved in helping to shape the Film and TV networks in the area.

Paul Jones is an editor with over 20 years experience. As a founding member and head of production/post at a Manchester based full service agency he has cut films for a long list of amazing artists and some of the world’s biggest brands;  from musicians like The Killers, Tiesto and Babyshambles to brands like Adidas, Microsoft,  Fifa and UFC. 

Now self-employed Paul splits his time between cutting observational documentary TV and narrative films. He also makes his own documentaries and enjoys nothing more than collaborating with like-minded people on projects that inform, challenge and inspire.

'Mark is an accomplished Freelance Dubbing Mixer and Sound Designer with over two decades of professional TV and Film industry experience to his name.  

Formatively trained at ITV Granada UK, Mark can turn his ears to most any genre with creative flair and passion, Drama/Factual/Entertainment being particularly strong suits and has clients including BBC/Channel 4/ITV/Channel 5/Discovery.  

Always up for a challenge and with the desire to deliver the highest quality audio content achievable, Mark continues to deliver professional broadcast content across Stereo, 5.1 and more recently, Ambisonic audio for Immersive TV/Film production.
